How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you use in the FoodAg 2026 app.
- Use the subject Delete my FoodAg 2026 app account.
- Say whether you are a buyer or an exhibitor.
We will reply to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your app password and app sign-in access.
- The products you added in the app (exhibitors).
- The changes you made to your profile in the app.
What is kept
- Your registration for FoodAg 2026 (your buyer application or exhibitor application) stays with TDAP, because it is part of the exhibition’s records. To ask TDAP about your registration, use the same email address.
- Records TDAP needs for the exhibition, such as travel arrangements, are kept until the end of the exhibition’s administration and then handled under TDAP’s own record rules.
Information on your phone
Saved exhibitors, your agenda and your scanned stalls are stored only on your phone. They are removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
