1. Applications received after the due date or without a valid Pay Order or Bank Draft will not be considered.
2. Failure to submit the required documents will make the application ineligible.
3. The form must be properly completed and verified.
4. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to disqualification.
5. Once selection is confirmed, the participation fee is non-refundable.
6. Participants must provide high-quality products in appropriate packaging.
